Poor Product damages windows product , money should be refunded. Please don’t use it.

> 3 dayThis was disk did not help me unlock my laptop. I followed the instructions on the packaging it came in and when I got to the steps I needed to unlock, there were instructions telling another step needed to download was going to cost me more money. I gave up trying to unlock and will call Dell to have them help me unlock. The Linux makers help/support page was not available and it would have cost money to get the help if o had called.

Greater than one weekNever did what it was supposed to. The instructions were missing steps. I tried it a number of times and nothing. I want to a refund but my return window closed. Worst purchase ever.

Greater than one weekWould not even open on my computer. Could not find the website online that was printed on the CD sloeve. Took me to something completely different about painting. A waste of my money.

> 3 dayDoesn’t work. I spent 4 hours trying to get it to work. I’m usually really good with tech stuff I can reset iPhones anything but this was just crap. I even looked online and YouTube videos to try and figure it out. NOPE still didn’t work. Don’t waste your time and money.
