This is such a well made piece of mesh, and really helps when I’m working in my studio. I make tiny things that need to dry after paint, glue or just about anything that requires drying or curing time. Very nice size and fair price for the quality. I’m happy.

Why is it I never have basics like a metal mesh around when I need it? Such is life; a small, overactive rodent with sharp teeth decides to take up residence in my garage. Do I have mesh to resolve and patch the hole it chewed? No, and neither did four local hardware stores, but Amazon did. The Good: The mesh arrived lickety-split in a solid, cardboard sleeve to prevent bending or punctures. Whoever I owe the thanks of a clever package, thank you. My large square came flat and protected. Its a solid hunk of metal mesh that doesnt weigh much and thwarts rodents of unusual size down to adults trying to figure out how to nail or screw this thing in. You need metal snips to really cut this thing; dont try shears or kitchen scissors. Once you cut the shape you want, its easy to apply if you have the right tools. The Bad: It wasnt already in my drawer. Literally none so far; its holding up well and I have not seen any evidence of rust or teeth getting through. The Verdict: If you have need for a solid, not very flexible mesh, this one is a solid contender for your project.

I bought this in hopes to be like a netting for a cpu fan I turned into a portable fan powered via USB, I was worried about having the tools to cut it but was able to get past that. And I was able to line up the cut sheets to the fan, the fan has potential to cut probably a finger of and has cut some skin off me before, and I had to do some searching and decided on this. This was perfect, almost too perfect, the net doesnt bend in, atleast not too far that its dangerous, its very sturdy and strong, the metal sheet didnt hit the fan blades but it does hit like the center of the fan and sometimes makes noises as it grinds against it, but no damage on the sheets end, some scratches on the fan but nothing dangerous, and also the holes in the sheet are so small, I doubt even a baby can fit its finger through it (not that I would try, just a estimation). The on my problem I have now is getting cut by the edges I left out after cutting cause they can go through skin, just gotta be careful and cut the edges off. But still it works perfect for a metal filter or metal net. I can even think of some cosmetic or prop use for leftover parts too. Well worth the purchase.

The mesh arrives flat in a protective wrapper. This mesh is very sturdy, it is ideal for using it as a flat opening cover. It can be curved into a larger radius, but a small radius is very difficult, right-angle bends are to be avoided. The material is high quality, very stiff and springy. Tin snips are needed to make cuts. Nice material for the right application.

Really worked well for us. We would buy again.

I needed to fabricate a kitchen vent screen. Critters tried to get in. This stops most bugs and larger critters from coming in. Being stainless steel, ill never need to repair or replace.

I needed to replace worn out fabric speaker covers on the tour pack on my Harley motorcycle. I like the look and they are durable. It was a cheap, easy fix!

The screen is good, somewhat more flexible (than noticeably stiffer stainless screen sourced from China on eBay). My co-installer noted that since it’s a little lighter, poking mtg. holes into it was also easier than for the eBay screen. We installed it for security on a mobile vent cover, and it looks very good as such.

This item fits the description perfectly. The edges appear machine cut and are still sharp
