Greater than one weekExcellent quality cables. I use these to link 2 125Ah 12V batteries in my first solar installation. They are very flexible and the insulation is robust.

> 3 dayWhile I was putting my project together one of my lugs just fell off. No pulling on it or anything like that. It appeared that it was never crimped or shrink wrap ever heated. I tried crimping best I could and used heat gun on shrink wrap. Something I should not have had to do.

14-06-2025Ive used the 2/0 awg cables before and they are well made and reliable, so I bought the 1/0 awg cables to parallel connect four batteries. I just installed them so I can only report so far so good. If they perform like the 2/0 awg cables that Ive used for over a year now with no issues, which I expect they should, I will be happy with the purchase.

Greater than one weekCaution check that both ends are crimped on properly, the negatives ends fell off with a slight tug. Only held by the heat shrink. Used the positive and when adjusting it after a week of use also came apart. Thankfully I wasnt driving, and I had already gotten a lug crimper for another project. Otherwise they seem to be of good quality and have enough flex to accommodate awkward positions.

Greater than one weekTop quality power cables, used them to upgrade the ground connection from the battery to the frame and power to alternator. I will order additional lengths to add grounds where needed. These cables are true 1/0 gauge, well terminated with high-quality shrink wrapped terminal rings. This is considered to be a big 3 upgrade, which should increase the alternators charging efficiency. The theory here is since the alternator is doing less work to provide charge to the system, load on the power plant is lowered. More horses freed up for what theyre supposed to be doing.
