Little Pi princess set is excellent. I am a Pre-K teacher and have been collecting magnetic tiles for over 10 years. Lets compare this set to some of my others in my huge collection. For the serious builder, you can see in the last picture three stacks of 7 squares each. The stack on the left is MagnaTiles Stardust set and on the right is Picasso Tiles. The stack in the middle is this princess set. As far as thickness, these are slightly thicker than MagnaTiles and slightly thinner than Picasso Tiles. Also note that MagnaTiles have the riveted corners. My blocks have been dropping on the floor for 10 years and few have ever broken, so I do not pay premium prices for rivets as they dont seem that important to me as far as safety goes. I also wanted to show you the unique color included in this set using the last picture. There are three colors in this set- purple, blue and this not quite pink color. I would call it salmon and I dont have any in my collection of this unique color. Now lets compare magnetism which is what makes a set stand out from the others in my opinion. I test magnetism by hanging a row of squares off a single square to see how many it will hold before collapsing. MagnaTiles and Picasso Tiles will hold 5 squares in a row. There is a brand called Soyee that holds a row of 6 long and 4 brands I have tested so far that hold 7- CooDoo, GeeLab, Good Tiles and this set, Little Pi. 7 tiles is very impressive and you will find this set to be noticeably snappy when building. Students will build longer, better and higher with these with less frustration. By building longer with less chance of collapse and frustration they enter the higher levels of play and learning. I highly recommend this set as the magnets are very strong and it has wonderful unique pieces and a variety of shapes including click-ins that make windows that open and close. There are two staircases as well to top off this excellent princess set. These blocks would make a great addition to your collection. They are faceted and absolutely beautiful. A+

These magnetic tiles are very nice! They are sturdy and well-made, and they are the same size as the majority of other sets, so they can be combined without any trouble. There is a good variety of shapes, and the door and window pieces are nicely designed. The tiles dont require much dexterity to combine them, so its suitable for small children who are just beginning to learn how to build, and older children can create more elaborate structures as their creativity grows.

Picked up this kit to aid projects with special needs students. They love them. We have other magnetic tiles sets in the class but they are much simpler and limiting. These tiles have a number of unique shapes to complete actual structures such as roofs, doors. Good quality and fun for hours.

My girls absolutely love this. As a bonus, it works with our other brand of magnetic blocks.

My kids have a lot of magnetic tiles--- they are fantastic, creative toys and pretty durable. There are two major designs to tiles and they arent really very interoperable. The set is compatible with what I think of as the Magna-Tile and Picasso brand tiles. The corners are square and theres stationary ceramic magnets 1/3 and 2/3 along edges of square tiles. The other type is the Magformers brand, with rounded edges and silver magnets that can spin internally at the halfway point of square tiles. Multiple companies make versions of both types, you just have to inspect the product images carefully. This is a nice set, with several extra tile types that you dont see in the basic sets. Notably there are stairs and there are castellations. The price per tile is about average while the quality of these tiles is above average.

We got these tiles because we were at an event where a set of similar magnetic tiles were sitting out and our kids just loved playing with them. This set comes with 102 total tiles. Just like other versions of these magnetic tiles, they are translucent plastic with multiple magnets across each edge. The pieces can be connected on multiple sides (adjacent, perpendicular, etc.) and also connected at an angle. The magnets in this set were plenty strong enough to build small towers, and we didn’t find any quality issues - none of the pieces were cracked, missing magnets, or discolored. Some of the nicer features of this set were: - Carrying / storage bag - Box that included instructions - “Ice princess” colors (not the boring RGB ones that we’ve seen) - Specialty pieces like stairs and decorative windows That last point is really important. It takes a ton of pieces in other basic geometric kits to create stairs. These have stairs that are pre-built so you can focus your time and energy on other parts of the castle. The decorative windows are really important; our kids were determined to put “shutters” on the windows of the original set that they played with and were really upset that the shutters would tear the whole window out. These decorative windows are sure to deter that desire. I think this will be a great set if you have STEM-minded children.

We have so many magnetic tiles but my daughter wanted more purple and pink tiles so this set is perfect. It is a great comprehensive set with lots of different shaped tiles and detailed options as well. The magnets are strong and sturdy and they work well with my other brands. A great set.

Without a doubt, this set is worthy of 5 stars. This is unique, fun, and great quality. My daughters love it and their older brother enjoy playing with them too. And there are enough pieces for all to play with!
