These seem like junk to me. I had some decent ones that I think I bought from Home Depot, but the eventually wore out, and I can’t find a direct replacement, so I found these... and I was very disappointed. These are hard to open at all, they don’t open wide enough, and they don’t hang on very well.

We recently purchased a new boat and I installed several upgrades. These worked great to connect up and test different pieces of equipment without the need to hook up the tow vehicle. Used a 12 volt battery charger as the power source.

Im not quite certain what I was expecting, but these are better than I expected (if that makes any sense). They are very well made, sturdy, and should be durable. They fit my needs perfectly (jumping & charging motorcycle batteries). Im happy to own them.
