15.5 inch Leather Messenger Bag with cushioned Interior

I like this messenger bag a lot. Im a college professor, so I carry around my laptop, textbooks, papers and folders quite often. This bag is sturdy and large enough to carry what I need. Although its size is a convenience, as a woman, I feel it is a little too big for my body frame. It is very attractive. If I were to offer improvements, I think it would be nice if the strap were all leather like the bag. I would definitely recommend this bag

Very disappointed with this bag. The stitches came out. The inner cloth liner is flimsy. Zipper jams easily and gets caught in the loose threads that come out too easily from the stitches. The leather is not conditioned properly, scratches and stains very very easily (I didnt mind it much since it imparts character to the bag). I knew from the start that the bag is not water proof, but didnt realize that water drops will leave ugly permanent marks. I would say it was not a good buy for me.

I’m so broken up over this bag. I want to love it. I do Love the look, smell, tough bag shell leather. Bag gets compliments all the time at work. It’s heavy, but I’m not a small guy, so I don’t really mind. Only issue is with attachment hardware. Top cover flap straps that connect to bag body need much stronger spring inserts and I’ve had the top swing open multiple times when I thought the flap was closed. The retaining Velcro strap for the laptop compartment though does its job well.

I purchased the darker color, and got a more caramel colored bag. Everything is made well, I just wish the bag I purchased looked more like the image in the picture. If it was a darker brown, I would have given 5 stars.

Its too thin to really be useful as a bag for work. Yes my laptop and flat papers fit in it but not my lunch... Or anything else really. Plus it squeeks when you walk. Hard to close it if theres anything in it and then it also clicks as you walk....

I purchased this bag on Woot and was a little unsure what the I would be getting at such a good price. I was very pleasantly surprised when I opened it. It seems to be high quality leather and the workmanship is outstanding. There are so many compartments of varying sizes to fit anything I could possibly need. As a woman, I do agree with another reviewer that the bag is slightly large for my stature but that hasnt stopped me from carrying it. As also previously mentioned in a review, I do wish the strap was a matching leather strap as well but the bag still looks very nice. The only other drawback that Ive found is that when I have had the bag filled pretty full, the front buckles dont always stay dependably fastened but some of the pockets do have zippers. Still however, I think this is a great bag at a great price!

One of my great purchases! Fits my laptop and more. Looks very good with the distressed leather. Highly recommend.
