The pennant flags are shear and the colors are faded, The connecting string line is flimsy and may break. Suspect that this pennant flags will not last more than 2 months outdoors. Price point was low ... but should be lower yet. I would not buy a second time.

This flag banner is beautifull and quality is good . The price is amazing . My circus party couldnt have been completed with out this banners. Amazing

It came open and used. The material is poor quality and the cost of it was high. I thought it was better quality.

Looked good when we hung it up. However, there was a light drizzle and after our party when we took it down. The red stained our PVC fence. It took days and a whole lot of arm power to remove stains. Wouldn’t purchase again.
