Greater than one weekI purchased this tablet for someone as a gift while being in the hospital long term. the screen has gone completely blank, I purchased this tablet june 22, 2021 and had it sent to them and im not able to assist them to return it because they STILL REMAIN IN THE HOSPITAL AND IM IN A DIFFERENT COUNTRY. HOW DISAPPOINTED I AM IN THIS PRODUCT. INCONVENIENCED. WHAT AM I TO DO NOW????V

> 3 dayI finally opened this too late to return. The power comes on but the touchscreen does not work at all. I tried to put the memory card in and cannot open it at all. There are absolutely no instructions. I would return it in a minute if I could. What a waste. Plus there doesn’t seem to be any place that I can contact the seller.

> 3 daySamsung galaxy tab A7 worked for less than a week and then the screen blanked out. Communicated with the seller(Mobile Deals), and they were patronizing and dismissive; they ignored my questions and said that because the screens defective no one can access my data. Any geek will tell you thats wrong!! I dont trust them, so Im not sending them a device with my credit card #s saved on it.

> 3 dayI bought it for a gift. It is a great buy. Had to have my service provider help me set up the settings because I had problems connecting to the internet. After I changed the settings for my provider, it worked great. It has phone capabilities, but I just got a sim card for data/internet connection.
