> 24 hourThere are generally 3 types of people who hand wash their dishes. Those that use the Scotch dual-sided scratchy green-spongey yellow sponges. Those that use the all-out spongey sponges that take forever to clean with, when they work at all. And then there are the discerning ones who know the difference like light and day and only use Dobie. These are the only sponges I use for everything from the dishes in the kitchen sink to scrubbing the bathroom. Zero scratches, very gentle, bubbles up quickly with dish soap. It does get holes easily and quickly, especially if you use them on something sharp or if youre scrubbing aggressively, but we should all replace our sponges a little more often anyway, and thats why this economy pack is worth it.

> 24 hourDobie pads do not smell or get moldy like other brands. I have been using Dobie to wash my dishes for years and they are very durable. They will be cut if you slice them with a knife though.

> 24 hourI’ve used these scrubbers for years. They are durable and offer non-scratch cleaning. The scrubber can be cleaned easily if using it to wash greasy items, just by using hot water and a little extra soap squeezed through it. If they are stained and remain in good condition, I sometime will throw them into the wash and air dry. I also use them for “gross” cleaning after their dish days are over. I don’t feel bad throwing them away after that!

> 24 hourI am actually fairly picky about dish scrubbers. I always do dishes by hand and, after testing many products, I find that this one has the perfect combination of flexibility and durability. It needs to fit in your hand perfectly, be thick enough to have some heft but not too thick to fold in half to scrub the edges of dishes and pans, and then pop back into a flat position for scrubbing the surfaces of dishes. These are easier than a sponge to rinse the dish soap out of. I use each for about a month and then throw away.

> 24 hourMy wife has made me order these for years and I didnt really understand why; I just trusted her. However, recently Ive been washing all the dishes and we ran out of these sponges. I had to resort to a new but traditional sponge we had under the sink for backup....it sucked...horribly. I then realized the difference and why my wife was so adamant about buying Dobies. They flex and bend better to get into corners, cracks, and hard to reach places. Their abrasive surface more adequately removes stuck on food and carbon, while never removing the coatings, if by chance you have a cheap Teflon pan or something in your arsenal. A normal sponge, even with the scouring pad attached, cant really compare - being so dense, they gunk up too quickly and are rendered useless. But, not with Dobies. They are easy to clean and hold up longer than any sponges Ive used, and Ive been washing dishes since I was 8 years old. They are so good, I actually took time to write this review and poem in their praise. In Laud of 3M Scotch-Brite Dobies Flexible, yet durable exoskeleton of nylon chainmail, you protect pot and pan, but your wrath no grime nor carbon can bare. And to the washer bring, in their despair of toil, a relief from soil sliced through oil to sing: Victory! ...in heaps of clean.
