As an endurance cyclist, I often pack energy food for my longer rides. These bags are perfect for a couple fig newtons, a half banana, cut up energy bars, etc - and the pockets of my cycling jerseys don’t get ruined. The zip locks work great - maybe with even too much resistance.

The bags are sturdy enough to not rip with continued opening. I use these to carry vitamins with me when I travel. Taking bottles is too bulky. A little hard to open
