This item is perfect. I have a chair that has a usb charger capability but I use my DS and my 3DS until I have to plug them into a wall charger. This little charger charges both of them while Im using them from my chair now. Awesome!

The DS lite charger worked, but the GBA/ Original DS charger did not, which was the primary thing I wanted this for.

I dabble in retro console repair and play quite a few old handheld games on a regular basis. As often as Im taking a Switch or Steam Deck out of the house for play during my lunch hour at work or whatnot, Im equally likely to have a 3DS or a PSP. There are more elegant solutions nowadays like an Analogue Pocket, but nothing beats original hardware. What is fortunate about recent handheld gaming devices is that they moved away from alkaline batteries and use rechargeable battery packs. What is unfortunate is that every single one has a bespoke charging connector, which even changes drastically within the same product line (Im looking at you, Nintendo.) Now instead of having a large pack of Rayovacs that gets cannibalized very quickly, you instead have a gaggle of wall warts and charging cables to contend with. Fortunately, this product exists. I couldnt even tell you if it has a brand name, but it has performed excellently since I purchased it ten months ago. Each device has had the opportunity to be charged dozens of times at varying levels of battery depletion, and charging time ranging from an hour to overnight. I have a DS Lite, a 3DS XL, a Gameboy Advance SP, and a PSP. I couldnt believe my luck that I can charge all of these with the same cable. I would add that Ive never been brave enough to attempt charging multiple consoles at the same time.
