Greater than one weekI just purchased and received these banners for a large event. I was very disappointed to find that all of the “cut out” pieces were still attached and hanging on by a thread. I have over 700’ of these banners that may be unusable due to this, or will take a lot of time I don’t have, to make them usable and not make a huge mess at the hotel where they will be used. Very disappointed this was not mentioned.
