Used for dryer vent hole threw aluminum siding, 1in foam, and 1 1/2 in 2x12 . Cut threw all with no problem. Had to stop to remove pieces due to depth of wall. Worked great . Go slow due to binding and the drill could really due damage to your body ! Used all big name hole saws over the years and this is just as good !

Turns out my wife wanted me to make some corn hole boards. 6 to be exact. I know a jigsaw was not the answer. This was. Easy to use. Made a nice 6 circle and that is what I needed. Good buy.

Before buying this, I used to cut my can lights by hand. This hole saw is the right tool for the job. Exactly the right size for my lights, takes seconds to cut the hole. Easy removal of the drilled piece.

Has done its job thru plywood for recessed lights, no issues cant say that about the light unfortunately. Would recommend

However, this thing is so heavy duty Im not sure Id ever need to order another one. I used it to put in the small canless recessed lights and it was perfect.

I installed 24 spotlights in my basement and the first 5 I hand cut the ceiling. Then I got this product which really made my life east. Marking the spot and then boom, you got yourself a perfect hole. I wish the pilot bit was a bit longer so that placement would be a bit easier in high up places and your reaching.
