> 3 dayI have been using SwissGear products for a long time, and have grown accustomed to their high quality, durable backpacks, luggage, and laptop cases. I prefer to buy something once and then not worry about getting a new one for 10-15 years. Unfortunately, this carry-on bag has fallen far short of the quality I usually associate with SwissGear. Only 4 months after purchase the wheels have stopped spinning freely, creating more resistance when pushed than there should be. Also, the hard shell has been gashed quite badly after being checked one time (I was forced to check it at the gate).
