    Thank you for the delivery, though I know I mightve been a pain for canceling and reordering like twice. This cd worked for me and brought my computer back to life. I had to watch a few YouTube videos and struggled a bit to figure it out, but it actually worked and I didnt have to put in the Product key either because of having it preinstalled when I first got my desktop.

    Actually, it could not very good for You to solve windows 10 problems yourself , if you are not expert. My suggestion is just visit Microsoft store to solve windows problem, it is free.
