A1 FFCs - Flex Ribbon Extension Cable for Raspberry Pi Camera - Black 1m/3.28ft Long

The ribbon fits and works perfect. it is pretty glossy finish. The packing was a slice of thick PVC pipe cut just slightly thicker than the ribbon is wide. This keeps them protected every step of the way to you and gives a nice way to store the extras from the pack of five.

Shorted out on day two :/ I have another cable which has suffered way more abuse and yet remains intact.

Not sure what happened here, but now my camera will not work, so it either shorted and ruined my camera or shorted the port on my raspberry pi. Either one the old cable does not even work now...

Shipped in a piece of pipe so that it was not crushed in shipping. Smart thinking.

Was trying to be careful with it but still managed to bend the cabled a little too much and i seemed to break it. It no longer works. It is very thin, I just did not realize how fragile it was.

Nice and long 3 is more than enough. ships within a piece of PVC pipe, almost indestructible packaging for shipping.

Ive ordered 2 of these at this point because I wanted a black cable for the connection between by Pi and the Pi cam. The picre shows what the camera shows when the cable breaks, it flashes a pink filter over the image every half second or so. The first one broke just inside of the return window on Amaon, so I returned it. The second one just broke after 3 months. I am using these with my 3d printer, so it gets set up and then left alone, so the cable shouldnt be breaking. I am very disapointed that this cable breaks when stationary.

I needed a long cable to hookup my OctoPrint camera on my 3D printer and this worked perfect for that.

The cable arrived rolled up inside a section of PVC pipe. No way that would get crushed. I plugged it in and it works great.
