Cloned my existing drive and then popped this into my laptop with ease. Fit like a glove and have been running with no issues. Speed feels right in my Msi stealth 66.

Bought this unknown brand, little-reviewed drive for additional storage in my PS5. The read speed is 5000MB/s vs Sonys recommended 5500MB/s, but I have had no issues installing or running games from it. Per Digital Foundrys research, they tested an m.2 SSD with 3500MB/s and had no issues.

Meets PS5 specification, works very well for the purpose.

Installing it into a PS5 was super simple but adding on the heatsink was abit hard but not too bad. after one month of using it never came with any issues works amazingly.

I ordered this to replace the 250 GB SSD that came installed in my Dell Latitude laptop. 250 GB isn’t much when that is the only internal drive and there are no slots for more. While I use a number of USB thumb drives, I prefer to have enough room for all the programs and data I use on an internal drive. That way nothing gets lost or left behind. A 1 TB SSD is sufficient for that purpose.

Expanding the PS5 memory is a must for any hardcore gamer or anyone who wants to switch between large data heavy games that are popular today. Now and days games are large data files and could make you have to prioritize what you have downloaded on your system. This affordable expansion SSD meets the speed requirement of the PS5 although it is slightly lower than the advertised speed it’s close enough and faster than the minimum requirements. There wasn’t much instructions in the manual— in fact I learned more from the product page and YouTubing how to install a ps5 ssd expansion. I know heatsinks should be easy to put together but without the instructions provided I was scared to do it wrong. Luckily the product page image made it clear how it should be put together. With that said— many of the other ssd don’t come with heat sinks. So this is a major plus. Additionally it comes with a small Phillips screw driver that worked perfectly on the ps5 and installed very easily. This is a great product at a affordable price. And to match playstation requirements at this price point is pretty amazing.

I tested this on 5000-series Ryzen 7 with X570-P motherboard using CrystalMark.

I bought this at the time since it was the cheapest way to add an SSD to my PS5. It works well in that respect. I will spare you the nerd specs but objectively, it runs as fast as the internal SSD. I figure that would be your only concern if youre looking for memory on the cheap. I think the price went down even more since I bought it so I would say its a good deal if youre concerned with $$$. If mine craps out in the next year I guess I may come back and change this to say its a turd.
