Used this as a public computer in our clubhouse. Was limited to $500 on purchase so had to kick in a little on my own. Already had one bought earlier this year that has worked quite well for us.

This lap top is pretty impressive. Better quality than some I found for twice as much.

Awesome laptop. Only improvement Id ask for is the keyboard feel. The weight of the keys is not quite what I like!

Horrible laptop. I will never by acer again and Amazon is on probation because they should have better checks on what they promote. This lap has multiple issues volume, finger print reader, build. I live in the Caribbean and i bought this laptop for my daughter for online school. I had to get external speakers for her! Because of where I live it just so much of a hassle to ship this lap top back SO WILL HAVE TO ENDURE THIS THING. Some people say cheap thing not good and good thing not cheap.

As a student on a tight budget, this laptop did more than enough in providing me with my basic needs, all at an extremely affordable price. The screen quality and chassis is great for the price point and the device did a good job for some light gaming. The weight of the laptop is decently light and it shouldnt be a problem for travel. Battery life also deserves a mention as it lasts for hours just like Acer has promised. Overall, this laptop does the job and is worth picking up if you dont want to spend over 1000$ on other alternatives

Needed something for my 7 year old to play her Roblox and Minecraft games as well as do some recording for uploading to YouTube. This one has done a great job.

me gusta el equipo para tareas basicas, lo que no tiene ningun sentido es que la caja traiga el adaptador para conectar un disco de 2.5 extra pero que la placa no traiga el conector respectivo para ser agregado, sinceramente no tiene sentido, nose si mi modelo será defectuoso o todas las placas vienen sin el conector para el flex del disco extra.

Do not waste your money. The machine itself is good. Good colors, slim poratable feel, well made.

I wish I could leave a good review as this is a really nice laptop for the price. The screen is clear and plenty bright. Its super fast to boot in to windows and load programs due to the m.2 ssd. But when I went to install a 2.5 inch ssd I ordered with the laptop I found that the connector the sata cable plugs in to on the motherboard is completely missing. You can see in the pic under the wifi card the contacts where the connector was supposed to be soldered. I tried to explain the issue to Acers tech support but they didnt understand the issue, only offering to send me the bracket that holds the ssd. This is quite a bummer because the whole reason I got this particular laptop is because the ram and storage were upgradable. Now Im stuck with 120gb of storage unless I want to switch to a larger m.2 and then have to re install windows and all of my programs.
