This Acer laptop was something I bought in late June 2021 as a backup. I opened the Amazon shipping box when it arrived but did not break the seal on the inner Acer box. I opened it tonight when I finally needed it and found that the laptop was wrapped securely with undamaged shipping materials, but had major crush damage to one side. It powers up but 50% of the screen is non-functional, the plastic housing around the hinges and the USB drive is warped and crushed, and the top and bottom of the laptop are misaligned. This is completely unusable.

Bought it for my husband. He likes it very much. Happy, happy customer!!

I have only used the LAPTOP for a day and that was only setting it up ,compared to the HP that I had its like floating on the clouds

Rip off - sold defective laptop and refused to return it

The touchpad stopped working one (1) week after using the item.

Thin and lightweight. The color looks expensive. This is a solid choice. Battery was good but remember this isnt a gaming laptop. Man this has got to be the fastest turning on and ready to rock laptop Ive ever used and I just bought a 700 gaming laptop

I have had this laptop for a year now. It came with W10, but I use Linux with no problems. The laptop is fine except for one major flaw, the power plug keeps breaking. Im on my 3rd power supply in only a year. WHY did they use the thinnest, tiniest plug for this thing. Its 1.8mm, and it breaks if you look at it the wrong way. Cmon Acer, really what were you thinking?
