This is a great computer at this price point very fast I am impressed with the display sharp crisp clear set up easy a few minor bloatwear that needed to be removed otherwise its perfect running very smoothly quality product Recommend this seller

I need to have it fixed what is the protection plan for this

The computer itself works fine; turning off Microsoft S was no problem, it looks really nice and sleek, all the apps are in order...

Acer is #1 brand for everyday laptops in $500 price range. I bought this for my parents to replace their desktop. Always a good buy. Acers are easy to use (and update), dependable, & have sleek yet sturdy (but not too heavy) design for laptops @ 15”+ size .

Everything seemed okay. Nothing that really bums me out comes to mind.

I bought this laptop for my son, who is starting his college adventures.

I purchased this in May of 2021. It is now July 2022. Depite the low volume issue as others have stated it is fixable adding a speaker. The main reason for the 1 star is that no matter what fix is applied, this laptop constantly loses connectivity. It will usually reconnect on its own in a few seconds. But at times takes longer. It has gotten really annoying. I had an Acer 7R that was a bit slower but there were never connectivity issues.

Aw man! I put so much effort into researching this purchase. It gets here. I take it out of the box, plug in the power cord and what!? The thing didnt connect securely. What a disappointment. So I repackaged it and shipped it back. That was 5 days ago. Still awaiting my refund.

This laptop came in Windows S mode and wont switch out of it! Keep getting an error from Microsoft Store that there was a problem, but never tells me why. I have updated everything and restarted numerous times.... it still is stuck in that mode. Seriously?

Crashed multiple times trying to boot. Returned for refund
