Where do I start!

Purchased one for my self. Loved it so much had to buy another for my daughter

This is an excelente product, its really what I hape, modern, fast, easy to handle and very usefull.

Fast, capable and attractive. I am stunned how fast it boots and loads. Even found my GnuCash in rollApps and put my Ubuntu Acer laptop in the secondary. Does 99% of what I use at home and can handle almost as much of my work needs.

I was pretty excited about Chromebooks. Theyre like a little-known gem, practically unknown in my area, where Macs still rule. I borrowed a Chromebook before, and I was impressed with its speed and simplicity.

Am enjoying using this laptop.

I was able to type quicker than the laptop could process it. Everything lagged and the screen flickered.

I bought this in late 2016 for my in-laws and they love it. Its easy for them to learn and use and has lasted a long time with light use but now the internal battery needs to be replaced and it looks like there is no way to do this. So do we just have to buy a new chrome book now Acer? Or Amazon? Please advise. Or be aware that its great but will only last as long as the battery I guess.
