I havent had this Acer Chromebook for a month yet? I purchased it because my really old Samsung Chromebook had issues. This Acer Chromebook inherited the same problems i bought a new Chromebook for. Bookmarks gone, shortcuts gone, websites wont load. Chromebooks of any kind are junk. And a Windows computer cost much less and is a chromebook wanna be. Your kids are using these in schools. Keep an eye on what your kids are viewing and browsing? These as easy to hack as any other device on the market! I cannot find the home keys for touch typing. They feel like a used keyboard, worn down and barely feel-able. This Chromebook keyboard is is not spaced right and I find the home keys not locateable. Sloppy Workmanship

Got this to replace my 2015 Chromebook, which is starting to slow down a bit. This thing cant hold a consistent internet connection, takes forever to load pages when it does connect, and has way more issues than its worth. So annoyed that I missed the return window by just a few days.

Not good

Yeah I just wanted to use the facebook app. If thats all you care about this is not the device for you. I tried updating uninstalling reinstalling tech support you name it. Pretty much everything else functions but using Facebook was advertised by Acer so that is why I am giving one star
