Fast, lightweight, works great. Unbelievably quick. Easy to set up. Just used Google account to set up. Also was able to transfer files via Google from old laptop. Would recommend. The sleeve is also very nice, high quality.

Nice computer for a good price. Bought this for my son to do online schooling this year. So far its perfect.

The worst. Purchased for just general use: email, docs, Netflix, nothing major. It seemed ok at first. But after a couple of months use it’s slow and glitchy, gives me errors all the time. I have high speed cable internet and should never have this much trouble simply opening my email but I have to restart it often and wait several minutes sometimes. So frustrating.

We have had this since June and the WiFi keeps failing. Had to send in for repair after the first time and it has failed again. Very disappointed.

This chrome book is complete trash for the money! I bought a couple of chromebooks for my children a few years ago at half the price that totally outperform this one. Horrible camera, terrible connection to wifi & can’t even host a zoom w/out glitching due to “high CPU usage”. It was a complete waste of money - don’t bother.

Because while the rest of it is superb,but speakers suck, and fail to live up to acers usual great big loud quality product. Everything else is fantastic. It came with a lovely fabric padded carry bag, so slip some premium earbuds in there. yes, it mounts Bluetooth. Would recommend in a heartbeat

The camera is very pixeled and its choppy.

It was for my husband he is learning it for the laptop he was using was about 15 years old, he likes this better because it is more up-to-date and faster.

Like: exactly as advertised and is lightweight compared to my previous Acer purchase four years ago. Also like that customers also receive a handy zip up case.
