a great starter Chromebook for our daughter, but an adult would need more computing power.

Update: 5 days later it stopped charging and wont turn on. Ive tried all of the troubleshooting options. Its now in a box on its way back to where it came from.

Zoom does not work on here....basically a phone and your phone can do more. Biggest waste of money...Just buy a regular laptop. No you tube and computing power is terrible.

Laptop doesnt have the newest feel and software, but is a good deal, works well, and isnt that old of a model. Stylus and sleeve are nice, nice chrome 2 in 1, overall!

Im not very tech savvy. We needed something to do virtual learning on for my 8yrs old. The school also uses chromebook. I love that its touch screen. Lightweight. The battery life lasts for a decent amount of time, though I have no others to compare to. It came with a case and stylus which I didnt realize when I ordered. It swivels into different display options for the screen and we like that. If there were anything I would want added to it, itd be a rear facing camera. Since we used it for school, I often needed to take pictures of school projects.

We have an issue of being able to use an older printer with this laptop. So now we will have to buy a newer printer which sucks.

We bought this computer for our kids school work, so its in use every day, all day long. The touch screen is a convenient feature that gives a helpful navigation option. The battery life is very good, on average we need to charge it every other day maybe and the charge process is very fast. We had some weird glitches in the past (screen going dark for some reason), but it may be related to my unfamiliarity with the Chrome OS in general. So far it seems like this was an excellent purchase.

Ive had this unit for a few months now and I usually dont write reviews but this has to be said. The Wifi is the worst. It takes 5 minutes at least to connect to the wireless router. Everything else that uses the router connects immediately. Very Frustrating and just about useless. Save your money...dont buy ACER
