II was at first perfectly happy with this chromebook. But then it would not start, despite being plugged in continuously, so not a battery problem. I used another computer to check a Youtube video about this issue with chromebooks, and was able to restart the laptop. But it is a little concerning if this issue crops up again, and at this point...who knows?

I shopped online and in stores for the perfect laptop for me. While tempted to spend $500-$800 for a fancier laptop at a big box store, I resisted and went with the 2021 Acer Chromebook available here on Amazon. I knew I wanted the larger screen, but also glad I have the numeric keypad off to the right side - I would have really missed it in a smaller screen computer.

Performs well and checks all the boxes.

you get what you pay for. uploaded 68 pictures. took 6 hours. must purchase external memory. not much in it.

I really love this Chromebook for the price its outstanding! I can do most of my work on it. I would say that some employers dont like using Chromebooks. Its something Ive run into as a freelancer. However, if its for personal use or if youre a student, it works great! Good battery life and lightweight which as a student goes a long way! I love this computer so much Ill be getting one for my mom for her Birthday :)

Ive really enjoyed the laptop. Its fast like other chromebooks Ive had. I like the size of the screen. It makes working on this device enjoyable. No real cons to the chromebook.

I really needed a laptop for weekend and week long vacation trips. My 10 was just too small for longer than one night. At the time, I needed Chrome for a job I was doing so decided to try the Chromebook. I have fallen in love with it! Prime shipping was one day late, so I had to make arrangements for someone to collect, but other than that, ordering was great. Would highly recommend.
