The product arrived broken and scrathed. Would not recommend at all. I was charged over 200 for a restocking fee that is insane. The seller was not as polite or respectful as it could be. I cant believe I was charged for a Laptop that didnt work properly.... do not recommend.

It had a key missing, I returned it immediately. Money back, no problem with that.

Nice laptop runs a bit hot when gaming but the screen quality is very good.

Excellent cost-benefit rate. It does include some bloat (Planet9) and a bunch of trial or 30-day software licenses as usual but they can be removed easily. Cooling system has shown no issues, but using a cooling base, at least for ergonomics, is recommended.

I personally did a RAM upgrade, threw in an additional nvme I had lying around, and installed Manjaro Linux.

Recibí la laptop en una caja de Amazon, al abrir la caja de amazon estaba la caja de la laptop con el sello violentado, cuando procedo a encender la laptop no enciende inclusive com el cargador conectado, el bombillo de cargado no prende. Estoy muy decepcionado, estaba esperando con ansias que llegara y viene dañada. Haciendo devolución el día de mañana, estoy muy decepcionado, espero amazon haga el reembolso lo más pronto posible.

Great laptop. Runs a little hot but nothing too dangerous for the cpu. Runs Eldren ring at max settings. 10/10

had problems turning it on initially. if it fails to turn on during setup give it 15 minutes and try again. this is a day 1 bad mood review.

So looking at the reviews, I was pretty afraid that the laptop would be DOA.
