Paired with and incredible processor, RAM and Graphic card, definitely im in love with this device

We use this primarily for Steam games, and its been an excellent investment. It can run all of the games we want really smoothly, no lag, and the screen is beautiful. Its responsive and it looks nice. The battery life isnt great, and the battery pack gets hot if you have it plugged in while youre playing. Also the laptop itself runs hot while youre playing, so the fan gets loud. For the price, though, and the performance, those are minor things to me.

This laptop it’s good.It can hold a lot of games with graphic .But it’s battery it’s the shortcoming. _(:τ」∠)_ you can play for no more than 3 hours in power saving mode.But watching or studying it’s fine.Anyway I like this laptop.(๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧

La verdad al principio me maravilló, luego vi que la ram era de 1600 y no 2400 y además la batería viene dañada. Me entristece y decepciona que estafen con partes tan importantes como la RAM y la Batería.

20+ year IT person and cannot get wifi to stay connected. Tried update to driver, setting for adapter, sleep settings, etc. Pretty much useless and cannot return.

This product is as it is described. Very good quality. Very satisfied.

I’ve had this laptop for less than 5 months and I barely got any use out of it before it stopped working all together and refused to boot up. I now have to pay $200 to have the hard drive replaced and until I can afford that, this $700 laptop is useless. Be careful buying pre owned and be sure to get a protection plan if you do, I wish I would have.
