I got the 2060 version six months ago, and Ive yet to be disappointed by this laptop. It handles games great, though the plastic build leaves some to be desired. Otherwise, no complaints!

I bought this laptop and after about 4 month’s, it just stopped working. I tried to call customer support and they didn’t even pick up the phone after about an hour. Very disappointed. DONT BUY IT!

Opened my new laptop and booted it up. The screen was solid white and a large crack in the screen. Very upset as this was my son’s graduation gift —now needing to return it back.

I wrote a review like this but I’m the wrong product. This was a computer my father bought for me from his Amazon account. 7 months after purchase. Wi-Fi adapter had to be replaced at the lab. 6-7 months after 1 year warranty expired, i7 core cpu is dead and has to be replaced. Short story short computer is dead and the only way to fix it is to pay half the price of the computer. Have to shop for a new computer now. They need to extend the warranty to at least five years because they knowingly give you horrible quality hardware then the warranty expires and you can’t do anything about it meanwhile they don’t care cause they move on to sell the next product line. It’s a scam unless they address these reviews honestly. Otherwise this is all a grift.

Honestly the system is exactly what I want. Simple gaming system I can travel with, the graphics card is better than other systems at the price, and I was able to use the internal M2 spot to install a 1TB drive. all in all Star Citizen, Doom, World of Warcraft and multiple other games are running great faster than my gaming desktop.Only downside is it is only 1080p but for the price & it is easy to overlook. and dont touch the screen it isnt touch screen.
