while playing temps would reach 97c in a really cold room too, i tried to undervolt it and that fixed the overheating in some games, but others would still make it reach 97-98, so i was forced to undervolt it and underclock it down to 3.8ghz.

As i know nothing about computer, i had a friend who does recommend this as a good quality gaming laptop based on the specs, so i purchased it.

This laptop is pretty much everything youd want; fast, powerful, and excellent for gaming. The ONLY complaints I have are the low disk space, the occasional random lag spike due to the processors being too warm (overclocking doesnt help, has the opposite effect than youd think), and the fact that the fans are pretty loud on max fan control (and when idling on auto fan control they never seem to shut off). Other than that this laptop is awesome, Ive been stomping Titanfall 2 lobbies left and right with it.

If this computer came in a better frame/case or better cooling solution, this would be perfect.

Ive had this for about a month and have had no issues. Performance-wise it runs great! Flawless operation with all the in-game graphic settings maxed.

Right after 6 month of purchase, the machine cannot be booted with no bootable device issue all of sudden.

Laptop ran well right out of the box, was charged about 70% on arrival. Packaging nice and sturdy. Laptop works great, have had for almost a year and it is still working the same as new. Screen quality is good, runs really well. Can play newest games on High graphics easily. Several games on Ultra-High are limited to 60 fps, but most people who buy laptops for gaming dont expect more. Fans do run very loudly though, dont expect to game quietly. You can manually control the fans, but I find it best to let the laptop choose, as it is very good at knowing what speed to set the fans to. It doesnt run the fans high until you get into games, and it will slowly decrease after exiting the game rather than dropping the fans immediately. Its also a very cool-looking laptop in my opinion.
