Though the monitor is awesome, it came with a Little bit of backlight bleed

I bought two of these monitors both of them arrived with stuck or dead pixels. Very annoying but everything else about them is amazing

Ive read many reviews pointing out how the buyer received a faulty monitor and had to return, with some even saying that they received 2-3 faulty monitors before finally getting a working product. It may just be luck, but Im happy to report I have none of the problems that are mentioned in other reviews. I even expected a little back bleed and/or ips glow, knowing that both are common with IPS monitors, but was surprised to see that neither are a problem, and can honestly say that with my naked eyes I cant see any back bleed at all, even in a black screen with the brightness cranked. I must point out though that Ive only owned the monitor for about a month and a half, so time will tell if the quality will degrade or not. As for the monitor itself, it is without a doubt, the nicest monitor Ive ever owned. Coming from a 1080p TN panel, the jump in color/picture accuracy asking with the jump in resolution was instantly noticeable, and is still impressive close to 2 months later. I bought this monitor while playing through Blood and Wine, and the look of the new bloom in Touissant was at best annoying, at worst downright ugly on my 144hz 1080p BenQ monitor, when compared to the base game. I couldnt understand how anybody could think it was beautiful, and for some, more-so than the base game. But then I got this monitor. Holy hell I had no idea what I was missing. The beauty of that game is completely wasted on a TN panel, and 1080p for that matter. The same is true for every other game Ive tested since getting this monitor. Using DSR to scale up to higher resolutions can help image quality, but is nowhere near as good as the real thing, not even close. TL;DR - Bottom line: if you can afford it, stop thinking about it, but it. I cant speak for those who received a faulty product, but with a perfect condition monitor, theres no way you wont be impressed. The only gripe I have about this monitor is it has a built-in Refresh rate counter, but It wouldve been better to have built-in FPS all in all its a nice monitor. I use it for gaming and its a really nice 4k picture

This is quite honestly, a Perfect monitor. I wanted a 4k, high refresh rate (120+), and this is what I had found. 4k, 144hz with HDR 400. It did take a little tweaking with the HDR settings and other settings to get a picture that is truly impressive, but surely enough it is there. If you have a decent beast of a PC, this monitor will take full advantage. And after I got it set properly it is such a beauty to behold. Games look so beautiful and smooth. Also, this was very easy to mount on a dual Vesa Mount. Although I nearly didnt mount it because the built in base is very impressive! Very sturdy and very adjustable. All said and done, 5 star monitor all around. Picture, Refresh Rate, Build Quality, HDR, Settings, Adjustability and Function. All 5 star.

This monitor is absolutely incredible! The 144hz refresh is a huge bump up for me. G-Sync is super smoother and works well with my 980. The games that Ive been able to play so far with super high frame rates is CS:GO, Killing Floor 2, Trackmania Turbo, and Assetto Corsa. All look great running at 144+fps. For Killing Floor 2 you have to enable variable frame rate otherwise youll be capped at 60. Pros: - Beautiful resolution - Smooth 144hz in games running at that frame rate - The stand is solid with height adjustment - Screen finish is nice (my previous monitor was glossy and I didnt like it) - Nice bezel; super thin and flat Cons: - Im not a fan of the stand feet red finish. I saw on some YouTube reviews that its a lot nicer in person, but its not really my style. Maybe itll grow on me. I will say that the color is a lot more muted that what is shown in the pictures online. - Price. Its a lot of money but I think its worth it. I bought a 4:3 Dell 2001fp about 15 years ago for the 1600x1200 resolution and it ended up costing me around $800. However it lasted me a very long time and if it werent for me wanting wide screen 3 years ago I would have still been using it. So while this is a lot of money today, you do get what you pay for and hopefully this will prove that over the next few years. Fingers crossed. Other: - Ive read a lot of reviews saying that the panel has tons of bleed. Mine didnt really have bleed. I could be picky and dwell on a little bit at the very bottom, but overall mine is a great panel with no dead pixels. - I also read and saw videos saying that the buttons were mushy. It didnt really feel that way to me, but maybe Im not used to firm buttons. - On screen menu system. Its really not great but its usable so Im hesitant about listing it as a con. Im rarely using the monitor menu system.

Got this for my son for gaming and it blows away my much more expensive Samsung TV. Its amazing how much better the same game on the same console looks on this monitor.

I love this monitor, I needed a new monitor to meet the gaming expectations that I desired and while it did well with everything, my main issues are the HDR and screen flickering at times when playing select video games. The HDR is brighter than the sun and causes my recordings and everything to be wayy too amplified in brightness. While thats a minor issue and could be my eyes, the black flickering is a very irritating issue. This monitor for some reason whenever Im playing certain video games, it will randomly show a black screen for 2-4 seconds as if the driver has crashed but it hasnt. The hardware for some reason faulty and just cant hang whether I have V-Sync on or off and apparently this may be a product line issue of this monitor. Worst part about it is that it continuously gets worse and worse and they become more frequent and longer. BUYER BEWARE: GREAT MONITOR BUT YOU WILL HAVE BLACK SCREEN FLICKERING FOR SELECT GAME TITLES.
