> 24 hourIt advertised as having charging ports on both sides and it does not and it advertised a spot to add a memory card for extended storage it does not have that either and the cord showed up not being able to charge the laptop because the cord was damaged so I had to order a whole nother cord just so I could charge it once the battery died and there was nothing that could be done about the false advertisement because Amazon wouldnt do anything about it.

> 24 hourUpdate 5-16-22 I checked online regarding the screen going black. It turns out that this is a common Chromebook issue. I followed the YouTube video and the screen came back. Ironically I ran across the Chromebook I replaced with One. I say ran across because I really thought I had thrown it away a long time ago. Well Ill apply the same information from YouTube and mysteriously the Chromebook that I thought was long on came back to life. So Im saying all of this to say I guess its not a company Chromebook issue is the Chromebook itself that has the issues So Im still loving my Chromebook.

> 24 hourSome of the characters do not correspond with the keys. For example, if I need to get @ I need to press the key and if I need to get I need to press the @ key. When I press the forward slash key, I get #, while the backslash key gives me ~. This is annoying.
