Greater than one weekI was worried about the noise level based on a few of the other reviews, but this isnt loud at all! I usually have it on the third setting and it cant be heard outside of the room. Plus, I tend to play music a lot so the sound is muffled anyway. The settings are great and the vibration is very nice, I would definitely recommend this for anyone who wants something smaller to keep around. I actually have mine on the little table beside my bed so its right within reach whenever I need it :)
