I love this brand of blanket but I don’t love this color. It’s yellowish and doesn’t look good

Im torn about this blanket. The print is absolutely adorable and it keeps my daughter warm without overheating her. The size is also perfect for her at 21 months. She isnt ready for a large blanket, but has outgrown the typical baby blanket sizes. The weight of the blanket is ideal. However, I am a bit confused about how these are advertised as super soft. I admit that it has softened after washing and I suppose that it will continue to get softer the longer it is used. It was quite stiff and scratchy out of the packaging. I had to wash it 3 or 4 times before I was satisfied enough to use it on my baby. I still wouldnt call it super soft. It seems silly that I should have to wash something a dozen times myself before it would be as advertised. Im hoping as we continue to use it that it will improve in this area.

This blanket gets softer with every wash although it did take the first 4-5 washes to get there. It’s the perfect weight to keep the baby asleep and calm for a good while. It’s warm yet breathable so I’m sure we’ll be able to use it through summer too. Have used it for 2-3 months now with no signs of wear, pilling or fading, just fibers softening with weekly washes.

I use this blanket to lay my newborn baby on. I received various blankets at my baby shower but most were polyester. This blanket is 100% cotton, beautifully design and not too thin or too thick. I liked it so much that I bought a second blanket.

We love Aden & Anais. I love the texture of the muslin, its a good weight for night time/winter. We used them lots for throwing over my toddler to carry to the car in the rain/colder months. They do have a tendency to get pulls easily but its just the fabric. I do wish they would come out with darker/solid backgrounds as we are prone to stains around here! All in all we still love the blankets!

I ordered this blanket for my 6 month old. She has the little security blankets in this same giraffe print and loves them. I ordered the nap blanket mainly for this coming winter when shes a little bigger. This blanket is a good size, its heavy, I thought it would be too hot and almost returned it. Im glad I didnt! I washed the blanket and it fluffed up nicely, I grabbed it on the way out the door to the pool this morning for my baby to sit on. She ended up pulling it up around herself and snuggling in. We love it, I cuddled up with her on the couch when we got home with the blanket for about an hour and a half...we were both comfortable, not hot, not cold! I am considering ordering one for each of my 2 older girls that love to wrap up in blankets! Oh, and its about 106 here today in Va and we were out at the pool for 2 hours. Its a bit pricey, but definitely worth it!

I’ve had my eye on this blanket for a while and was finally able to purchase it! It’s soft but not the softest (not rough though either)but I’m sure it will get softer with each wash, it’s not to heavy but just right, seams very well made and the pattern is so cute!! And it’s huge! Perfect size for a crib “comforter”. Did not shrink when I washed it either. Would highly recommend!

Our other Aiden and Anais blankets are super soft! I expected this one to be soft as well. Its a great weight for winter (I toss it over the carseat) and to use as a pad for diaper changing on the go. Overall, Im pretty happy with my purchase but I do wish it was softer. Maybe after several washes!

Super soft, washes well (this is my third or fourth) and a great size and weight for toddlers.

Great blanket. Heavy enough weight that my daughter can use it at night in her crib. It’s large enough that she doesn’t get put from under it everytime she moves around. She had putgrown her baby blankets and this is a perfect next step. It’s soft and I’m sure will just get softer as we wash it more.
