This is definitely a good bag for on the go it is the effect size I fit my cleats and my regular shoes in both pockets and it keep my clean clothes separate from my dirt shoes

I use it everyday its held up very well. Been nearly 6 months I think of daily use. Its like my man purse but its so big compared to a murse that people just assume that guys going somewhere and has things to do. Nope just your local gym rat with a bag. Pretty big for small but granted the increments from small, to med to large are not that great.

The shoe pouch is a little small, other than that this thing can carry EVERYTHING

Well, I should’ve bought a medium, but I needed it *now* and couldn’t get to a store in time, whereas this one delivered overnight lol. Its big enough for what I need and nothing else. I guess that makes it efficient? I got the navy blue one. Its cute and nicely constructed. When full, it fits under a plane seat (if you punch it in). It MIGHT fit my gym shoes along with the rest of my stuff once I use it for its intended purpose. But for now, its a perfectly acceptable weekend bag (if your weekend is exactly two days).
