Could connect to Alexa, Runs off an App

It was easy to set up once you connect the first one you will be able to easily connect the rest. One thing to remember if you first try to connect and get a message that says (Connection timed out Check demerit points and retry) that means that the directions about having the light have a rapid blink needs to be changed to have a slow blink before you try and reconnect. The rapid blink is set by default. To change to a slow blink go to the top right and select AP Mode. Once you change to a slow blink the rest is easy. I have not had any issues asking Alexa to turn on or off the light or by using the Alexa app to mange the lights around the home. I’m happy with the light plugs.

These smart plugs are worthless, I would give them a 0 star if possible. When my electricity goes out, I have to reinstall them and connect them again to my Alexa. What a pain in the bum! I’d return but, it’s been too long.

I couldnt connect plugs to Alexa...I tried two apps from the playstore and wasnt able to connect the plugs to Alexa. The tech from Amazon tried to help and was unsuccessful as well. I could activate but not connect the plugs. I want my money back!!!

I had a couple of old smart plugs that only support 10A max current and when I used them with my AC, they immediately stopped working and no longer can be powered on. I got this Smart Plug,15A WiFi Outlet Works with Alexa and Google Home to try and they worked fine with my AC without any issues. To my surprise, these plugs are even cheaper than the price I paid for my old models. In terms of installation, these plugs use the same Smart life app and it is straightforward to install. Only 2.4hz wifi is supported, which is expected for the low cost. I think they are definitely worth the price, given that they support high-power devices. Recommended. I know there are different smart devices out there but I personally am a fan of the whole Amazon Alexa system. This plug worked absolutely wonderful with my Alexa set up/smart home. I like the fact that these are rated for more electricity flow than your standard plugs. I was needing a plug to put on a icemaker that I want to be able to turn the power off to remotely. This one works perfect for that. Was very easy to set up using the Gosund app. Once set up you can control your device plugged into this by the app or smart device. You can also set a timer on when it operates. Seems to be a good solid product. Recommended. Will definitely buy this one again.

I ordered these bc the remote for my tv went out. It worked fine for a few days but then it wouldn’t. In the Alexa app it would say it was off but the plug would be lit up saying it was on and when i would push the button or tell Alexa to turn it on/off, it would swap and say the opposite but still wouldn’t be on. It was a pain to connect even following the instructions.
