Im really impressed with how clean the edge comes out using this bit. Ive had trouble with chatter that needs to have filed out making guitar pickguards. This bit leaves the edge smooth and doesnt require any filing.

This is really a great bit for my CNC. I needed a 90-degree bit that came to a sharp point, and many of the other bits out there do not come to that sharp of an edge. It cuts efficiently and cleanly with no problem at all. Its precisely balanced and no weird vibrations have been noticed. I will always recommend amana tools to anyone that needs them. Theyre my go-to for all applications.
