When I found a spider web crack on my iPad screen, I visited the Apple store for repairs. The tech peeled back the protective screen and peeled back any damage. I expected to pay for repairs but only needed a new protective screen. TechMatte provided another package of amGlass at no cost and in short order. When the Apple tech removed the protective screen, she spoke about the good quality of the material and recommended replacing it like-for-like. I did and will continue to buy from this company. easy application to my mini and no noticeable change of responsiveness when utilizing my apple pencil. The contact and response seems unchanged and still glides smoothly when I’m jotting down notes or attempting to be an artist.
