This potty seat is very sturdy. If you are looking for a product that will help your toddler feel safe and stable on the toilet, this is the one to buy. I have an elongated toilet and AngelBliss has adjustable stabilizer bars to keep it from slipping. I bought a different brand, cheaper in price, and it did not have the adjustable stabilizers so the seat would slip. I am very happy with this purchase.

We used this seat to potty train our 2.5 year old son. This seat is comfy and size worked great on our 2 different size toilet seats. For the record, we only sat it on top without tightening it down to an adult toilet seat because we have multiple bathrooms and lug it back and forth. Our son is comfortable, uses the handles for support (helps avoid having their hands all over) and it’s got great height protection on the front pee guard which is important for boy parents. My major disappointment is that I ordered a second seat (for his daycare) and the seat we received was obviously used, even though it was packaged as new. From the pictures you can see the obvious stains and use marks. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the luxury to return it because I needed it right away. I wiped it down with several disinfectant wipes. Though marks still remain. So please note, the star deduction is for sending clearly used and stained products. Big disappointment. Otherwise, I recommend this seat to help potty train.

Easy to put together. Fits right on top of existing toilet seat snugly. It doesn’t move around or wobble when my toddler is on it. The handles are great so she can keep herself steady. I prefer this seat to floor potties because it’s easy to clean (nothing to empty out). Also this seat is comfy, effortless to take on and off, and easily stores away when not in use.

To ensure the toilet seat doesnt slide it has pieces that you can customize to fit any toilet. But my husband and I both hope our kids only have solid stools while using it. The clean up otherwise would be pretty involved. The cushioning on the seat is great! The handles dont serve the purpose of helping the child get on as easily as we were hoping, but they do help them get off without assistance. If there is no weight on the seat and they try to use the handles the seat will tip.
