> 3 dayThe parts list that comes with the case indicates that there should be a total of 8 (M2.5x6L) screws. 4 for the Rasp PI and 4 for the acrylic cover plate. Mine only came with a total of 6.

> 3 dayThis is an outstanding case from anodized billet aluminum (its heavy!). When mounted, each of the Pis connectors are perfectly centered in their slots. The rubber feet go into milled out pockets on the bottom of the case. The attention to detail is astounding. However, note that the top is not glass but laser-cut acrylic, which they do mention in the materials section of their comparison, but some reviews had me expecting glass. The images in the description are renders showing perfectly glossy edges but the top actually has a rougher laser finish. Also, watch out for the 21 mm of height clearance on the standard case: its not enough for the Waveshare POE HAT I wanted to use (whose headers stand 30 mm proud of the Pi PCB). This case only supports the official POE HAT that happens to be low profile due to its non-stacking headers and through-board mounted transformer. Unlike many other cases, this case actually mounts the Pi using its mounting holes using M2.5 standoffs in the bottom of the case. This means you can reach those holes to mount HATs securely using additional standoffs. I wanted to use the standard case anyways and use longer screws for the cover (the spacers dont add enough height for my use), but I dont have long M2.5 screws or standoffs. I wish the cover mounted with M3 screws as thats much more common.

> 3 dayI bought this case for a HiFi-Berry Dac+ HAT sitting on top a Pi 4. The case is tall enough to take the HAT board without issue. I had to cut holes for the RCA connectors on the HAT. To start with I had perfect circular holes but could not get the HAT mounted onto the RPi using them as there was not space to pass the RCAs through the holes then seat the HAT at an angle. So I had to cut slots to allow the HAT to be mounted straight down, this was not the fault of the case but note that there is very little extra space in the case depending on the sort of HAT you are trying to accommodate. As others have said this is expensive for what it is and if I could have found another alternative I would have used it but the only others were plastic or the poorly reviewed HiFi-Berry case.

> 3 dayThis is a very well made case, very sturdy and looks fantastic! I used it for a brand new Pi 4 and added a Yahboom Raspberry Pi 4B 3B+ 3B Cooling Fan Intelligent Temperature Control I2C OLED Display Programmable RGB Light to it. The case held both perfectly and looked great with the internal lighting. If you want a real classy looking Raspberry Pi project, this case with the Yahboom hat is a great combination.

> 3 dayI received my extra high Pi4 case today and was excited that I would be finally able to put my pi to work, rather tHan just tinkering with it on my test bench. Alas, it wasn’t meant to be. The AL case itself was in the box, along with the instructions and “packing list”... but that was it. No lid, no hardware... nada. The picture available looked terrific and now that I can see most of the case in person, I wasn’t disappointed in the quality, but due to the missing hardware issue, I can only rate it a 4/5. I hope to reach anidees and obtain the missing lid and hardware as quickly as possible. Update: after getting the runaround by the manufacturer and getting nowhere for almost 30 days, I made the return via Amazon on the last possible day. The replacement arrived today and included everything it was supposed to.

> 3 dayBeautiful and solid aluminum case. Super high quality finishing and fitting. The High model can be used with some HATs and the aluminum body helps dissipate heat even with a closed glass lid - I have some RPis running fine for a ~1 year with Navolabs PoE HATs. The newer case model for the RPi 4B has spacers and longer screws included to create a clearance between the body and the glass lid, helping with the cooling. Highly recommended if you’d like a professional, beautifully crafted and nice looking case.

> 3 dayIt’s fine and looks good. However for the price I felt the body quality wasn’t all that great and felt no better than other similar cases for much less money. The glass top is the only thing that makes it close to being worth the price.
