Not Included...
Greater than one weekAnker has been a go to brand for me, solid products and pricing, this is the second of this same model I’ve ordered and it’s garbage, if purchased check it out thoroughly. The pin in the front of the contact head retracts into the body when you plug it in for use, causing it to not make the electrical connection and won’t charge, making it useless. I don’t use it every day it’s for longer car trips and I only just realized what the problem is but I’m beyond the return window, it’s relatively inexpensive but frustrating.
