I️ had been toying with the idea of switching to water washable resin for a while, and after seeing the reviews on this, I️ took the plunge and bought a bottle. And let me tell you, I’m never going back! I️ plugged in the recommended settings on Anycubic’s website, and it worked like a charm. The only downside I’ve noticed is that it’s definitely more brittle than the eco resin I️ used prior to this. That being said, it still has some flex to it, and I’ve yet to have anything break. The fact that I️ don’t need isopropyl alcohol anymore makes up for this one slight flaw a million times over. The fumes from washing regular resin were my least favorite part of the whole experience. The resin odor itself is also very minimal (similar to the eco resin, for those who have used it). I’ve included a picture of the first mini that I️ printed with this resin on my Mono 4k.

Works well, but have trouble holding dimensions in thicker sections. Printing Triangular voids across a large flat surface to create a texture does not work very well.

I have bought this multiple times not and have had no issues. It has become my go to resin.

Was easy to clean and dry, I cured for 1 minute under UV light and the print is very strong and has great detail.

I like the resin, it is easy to clean and the print looks and feels fine, just be aware, by accident I pour hot water when cleaning (hose was in the sun) and the material hardened immediately, I was unable to take it out from the base and it took a whitish color, the print at the left is the one properly washed, the one at the right is the one where I used hot water, there are the white spots, the can’t be removed. But other than that (my mistake) the resin works really good, on the first print the supports were really easy to remove and the finish looks good, I will buy more of it.

Working perfectly

Printer itself was broken, come to find out, but resin worked great. It does have a horrendous odor, so make sure its used in a well ventilated area. Also, it does rinse off very easily. I will definitely order this product again in the future.

This resin is less odorous than others, and it is easy to wash with just water. But the prints do come out as pretty brittle. So get your super glue ready because one small drop or tug will make pieces of your print break off. I prioritize durability, and even though it was easy and convenient to just use water to clean. I would rather use regular resin and take the extra effort to use alcohol to clean the prints. It is also a bit more pricey for the added convenience so I don’t see a reason for me to come back to this bottle of resin. The quality of the prints do look great, and I an indeed impressed with it. I just don’t see it as a good resin for printing out minis for my dnd sessions with friends. It would get upsetting to see someone’s mini break into pieces mid session.
