> 24 hourI love the idea of not having to mount the baby cam to the wall or hang up a shelf...I love a tool free solution so I was very excited about trying this out. It didn’t come with any directions but was pretty self explanatory (minus the two zip ties...I wasn’t sure that they were needed for and I didn’t use them). I was able to very easily wrap this around the crib and attach my vava camera. I wrapped it very right but I still think a larger baby could knock it over. And Once baby is big enough to stand in his crib this may no longer be useful as he could potentially reach it/knock camera off but it’ll work for my newborn! When placing this don’t attach the camera base to the arm until the arm is in place...doesn’t fit through the slats on my crib anyways. Also the part of the base with the lip is the front which I didn’t know the first try so I had to unravel and redo mine. Overall if you’re handy I’d say mount it yourself it’ll be safer and longer term solution. If you’re not handy and need a quick fix for your newborn this will suit your short term needs.

I was shocked at how much the mesh on the crib reflected at night (first photo on monitor), I could barely see in.
