They are fairly breathable for what they are

Durable, fashionable and comfortable all in one. I like the color choices and the option to mix and match if I wanted to. All the little holes allow for airflow so your wrist doesn’t sweat like solid bands. Also with so many holes you have a ton of choices at which you can set the length.

These bands are a good alternative to the Apple band that came with my watch. They are just as easy to switch out, and you get a variety of colors. I really like the holes, because they add airflow and make the watch feel lighter on my wrist. Great for summer!

I don’t like the original sports band that comes with the Apple Watches, it makes my wrist real sweaty and sticky. Not a fun time. The holes on these are nicely spaced out and give me great airflow. I think they’re nice enough to even keep on the watch after the gym. I match them to my outfit when I’m in a fun mood and makes me feel accessorized. They’re sturdy, solid coloring, haven’t discolored, come in a large quantity for variation, and don’t have a bad smell or anything. I will probably buy more in different colors. Really good bang for your buck!!

I have dont wrists and its hard to find bands that fit comfortable. I love these

Bought these to share with my sister granted we have very different wrist sizes. It fits her much better as she has a smaller wrist circumference than myself. Still a great product but runs a little small for my liking due to lack of slack at the end of the band.

I like them but their almost too small and I have a small wrist. 4th hole would be great except when its hot and or sweaty it gets tight, go to loosen to the 3rd hole and its not bad but not really long enough to then be tucked in and falls out all the time. Might use them when its more cold out so be able to wear them on the 4th hole with no problem. If you have a bigger wrist I wouldnt recommend. I think theses are on the small/medium side. I usually do okay on M/L ones. But didnt see anything that had sizes.
