Scratches all over this new laptop. I was already weary purchasing such an expensive device through Amazon, and when this arrived it confirmed my fears. I submitted for return. Ill be getting my MacBook through Best Buy instead, I suggest you do the same.

I have loved apple for years. I bought my first apple MacBook pro in 2007. I used it til 2011 and then treated myself to a new MacBook air. That suffered an unfortunate death this past August so I went to the apple store for another.

Just wow! I have been saving up since November, 2018 to purchase a MacBook Pro, and the time has finally come. I have owned a Mac Mini (late 2012 model) since 2013, and I have been sold on MacOS since then. I have been using an iPad in that time for my portable Apple devise, but Ive always wanted to get a MacBook Pro or Air. Initially, when the MacBook Air had its redesign, I was going to get that. Then I saw in May that Apple improved the power of the CPU in the MacBook Pro, and I knew it was the way to go. I am not a Pro-level user, but if Im going to spend roughly a $1,000, I want to get the most for money.

It is just not right this computer .. memory issues .. just not right from the start .. I think apple is a take your money and run company unlike when Steve Jobs was alive .. they are just a greedy company now .. everything is about buying more memory .. more storage .. there are fewer photos on this computer than my phone and it constantly is telling me my disk is full.
