The product came well packaged. Assemble should be easy BUT when I started to assemble the screw inserts in the top of the stool seat did not line up. One of them was place on an angle which made it put stress on the leg assembly. After much frustration the screws were started by lifting the stool seat enough the force the screws to start and then twisting the stool as I tightened. I worry the additional stress will cause the wood to split and the chair to fail. The second thing that was frustrating was the Allen wrench they sent did not fit the screws. It was a cheap knock off so I had to use my own wrenches to assemble. Please add a better wrench or don’t send on at all.

Just as we wanted sturdy, level comfy shower bench for a newly remodeled shower with only a small bench in tile- this is an added extra that can be moved. We are hoping it last for years, time will tell, but seems to be a quality made bench.

Great bench!

The bench is a nice addition to our shower room. Simple to assemble. The curve seating has a tendency to collect water and so we have to tip it over to drain. Its a little expensive for what it is but would recommend.

Good quality and comfort. Very happy.

I ordered this bench for my shower and love it. The design is beautiful and it was easy to put together. Actually, a friend of mine assembled it for me and I noticed afterwards that there was some minor pitting on two of the pieces. Had I seen that beforehand I probably wouldve exchanged it for another one but since it was already put together I called AquaTeak and spoke to customer service to find out if I could lightly sand those areas without loosing the rich teak finish on those spots - and if that was the case could I apply some natural teak stain I already have in the house to even things out. The rep I spoke to was SO nice! He said lightly sanding (with a 360 grit) would work fine and he would send me a bottle of their branded teak oil to rub in afterwards to ensure the finish would match the bench perfectly. Three days later I received a 16 oz. bottle of AquaTeak premium teak oil! AquaTeak, YOU GUYS ROCK!! Thank you so much! What a pleasure to do business with this company. I will definitely buy from them again.

This is a nice quality Teak bench for my master shower. It looks amazing and is just the right size. My only complaint is that the allen wrench supplied did not fit in the screws so I had to hand twist and then tighten with my own. Overall I am happy with the item, shipping and assembly.
