I really like the sturdiness of the assembled shower bench. The wood is awesome. I gave it a coat of teak oil and placed it the shower. I was glad that the bench was available assembled. My husband has COPD and would not be able to assemble it and i certainly could not. So being able to purchase it assembled was the main reason for buying this shower bench. But upon receiving it the quality of the bench is really nice.

Its not only beautiful, its very functional and sturdy. In my experience, it can easily support up to (if not more) than 250 lbs. I highly recommend spending extra money to buy a bench like this versus one of the sterile looking medical benches that break easily and are an eyesore.

Quick service, put it together in 10 minutes. I did treat it with teak oil. It looks great in our shower in our new home!

I love the shape. And once it was oiled with teak oil, I live the color. It has a slightly Asian shape with its curved seat - which is very comfortable. Also the size is perfect for a bathtub converted to s walk in shower.
