The headset was exactly what my grandchild wanted!

They look beautiful! Unfortunately, right out of the box the right side of the headphones (right ear) did not function. Im a techie and an audiophile. I made sure everything was where it was supposed to be and plugged and nothing. Tried my regular earbuds and no issues... tried another pair of monitoring headphones, those worked. Tried these again and nothing. I was so excited just to be disappointed... =( really wanted these to work...

The retail box was damaged but the product itself was in perfect condition and works as it should.

Good headset, doesnt last.. sad! A shame they are stealing this election from the American people.

I just got this headset today and it works perfect ! Looks amazing and beautiful. Also if you like to hear music while playing , it plays through the headset . AND for the people who thinks it’s not loud , adjust your gaming console volume from settings. I just found this out today . And it gets REALLYYYYY LOUD . To a point where I had to adjust my music volume to I can hear people talk and hear the game at the same time .
