The laptop does all the basics I need it to do. I will say that the sound quality and strength is bad. I always connect it to a Bluetooth speaker if Im watching something. Also, within 8 month of buying it, there is physical damage to the machine. It has never been dropped or mishandled. It is under warranty and will get fixed. Overall, I feel the price is worth it.

The store Javian sent me a very old laptop, nothing to do with the description, and it was a Windows OS. I returned 5 minutes after receiveing it. It is impossible to make such a big mistake with the laptop that they sent me compared with the one on the picture, even the color is different.

I received this laptop on January 4,2023, and by February 18,2023 it stopped working. It doesnt come on and it doesnt charge. Right before it went I out, I had just looked at the battery percentage which was at 57%. I tried contacting the seller, and got no response. But before contacting the seller, I contacted ASUS and the warranty on the laptop expired last year, so there was nothing that they could do about it. This was labeled as being new and I really think that it was refurbished. I contacted Amazon and they informed me that it was unable to be returned because it was past the return window. I waited 2 days for the seller to respond. Because I dont want a refund, I would just like for the laptop to be exchanged for one that actually works. I ended up contacting Amazon again, and they were able to provide me with a full refund, but will be charged a restocking fee, which they promised will be refunded once the item is received. If I knew that this laptop would come with no warranty/expired warranty and that the seller would do NOTHING to help, I wouldve never purchased this laptop. I was able to have this resolved due to Amazon-NOT THE SELLER! Im now back to shopping around for another laptop, but Thank God that I was able to get this resolved, and will definitely will be purchasing something better this time.

My power button on the side wont work and now my screen is frozen with a black screen. I cant see anything and it wont shut off

I got this Chromebook for my daughter to use for school. It is well built, the screen is bright, and it has more than enough battery life to last through a school day. It is a bit bigger and heavier than some of the other 2 and 1 Chromebooks that many schools issue for their students, but this means the screen is also bigger and looks great. As well, you can flip the keyboard around and the touchscreen becomes a tablet. My daughter loves this and I am very happy with my purchase.

I purchased as used acceptable condition. It looks and behaves as almost new. Screen is very bright and accurate to touch, keyboard types smooth but backlit keyboard is very dim and almost useless , speaker quality is average, well worth the price though and I will use band share with my family

Love the screen quality and looks, wish it was a bit easier to open and kind of wish it had rounded edges. But I still love it

This item did not fit my needs. I have returned it for a refund. It has been a month and still no refund or response from Amazon.

It’s glitched and seemed to be malfunctioning the day I received it in the Mail so I sent it back
