Great laptop for the money

Reading the reviews for this PC, I was expecting this laptop to sound like its about to take off at mach 5, but its really not that loud compared to a struggling older PC or an original PS4 pro whose fan is overworked on newer games. Sure its not quiet by any means, but not nearly as distracting as I anticipated. Performs well but does get pretty warm during intensive gaming even with an additional cooling pad underneath, so definitely get one of those. The weirdest thing is that when you plug or unplug your charger, the screen goes black for a couple of seconds, presumably due to switching power settings. Shouldnt be an issue during gaming sessions however as of course you should have it plugged in for performance anyway, but something to be wary of if your charger cable ever starts to go out. Internal memory isnt huge so I did buy an additional 4TB SSD, which installed smoothly. Runs FFXIV without issues and scored an extremely high on the Shadowbringers benchmark and a very high on the Endwalker benchmark, so should be good for MMO gaming for another couple of years without upgrades.

The battery is to week and died very fast and the sound and the output is broke

Outstanding picture, brightness and sound. Great 17 inch screen and easy to use computer. The price is excellent for this quality and the video playback is crisp and clear. Overall very satisfied.

Loved it, very happy with it

When I did my many hours of research, I was down to the Asus or a MacBook Air. I went with the Asus. I am regretting my choice. My computer has several problems: difficulty connecting to Bluetooth devices, it has about a 3-5 hour battery life; so I have to keep it plugged in all the time. When I do unplug it the computer briefly blinks off then comes back on. I bought this to replace my Google Chromebook, which is over 10 years old, and I have none of these issues. Since Google was no longer supporting the Chromebook, my browsers were no longer supported so some websites didnt function. But other than that, I did not have any of these problems. I was really hoping that for all the time, effort and money I spent, I wouldnt regret it. I would have spent about the same amount of money as an MacBook Air. I should have bought the MacBook.

I heavily used many different laptops over the past 20 or so years for work and personal use. They werent subjected to much abuse, just moved place to place, but would inevitably fall apart.

I recieved a very light box. Turned out item was not there a keyboard was in the box, how that happens with an expensive item is beyond me. Returned it. Suppose to get a refund in 2 to 3 days, but going on my 10th day havent heard anything about getting my money back and that contact Amazon button has magically disappeared as an option in regards to my return.
