Esta laptop es hermosa, me encanta. El diseño es imponente, se ve que está hecha con materiales de buena calidad. No es tan liviana como pensaba pero es el peso promedio de las laptops.

Basically it was OK until the Wi-Fi quit working on it. Looks like a hardware issue. Really disappointed!

I bought this to replace my 2012 HP that had started to lag. As soon as I booted this laptop up, it seemed a bit slow. I gave it a few days and it only got worse. I contacted ASUS customer service prior to the first 30 days ending and they responded stating I needed to contact a dif department. I am now 2 months since my purchase date and have 0 hope of getting any sort of refund or proper support from Asus. I purchased directly from Asus online and their customer service hours make it impossible for anyone who works full time to contact them.

I regret buying this product. Microsoft traps you into its so-called S-Mode, and there seems to be no way to get out. Supposedly a benefit because, like Apple, it does not allow you to download any but its own or its approved programs for security reasons, this S-Mode wont let you download Chrome or other software. I generally dislike Microsoft Edge as a browser, although others may love it; and I have invested in a myriad of excellent, non-Microsoft programs that I now cannot use!

Very light weight, portable, very fast and responsive, the screen is sharp and clear maybe not the best but I like it

JUST GOT THIS AND SO FAR SO GOOD IT WAS EASY GETTING OUT OF S-MODE WASN,T HARD AT ALL AND UPGRADED IT TO WINDOWS 10 PRO NO PROBLEM EITHER

I like quality, design and extras. Asus is definitely one of the best laptops on the the market.

Unfortunately, the image quality wasnt great. The entire casing felt flimsy. The plastic casing would bend at the slightest touch. I know that it would not have survived my use and abuse long. We returned it. No problems with the return.

My son is using this for his online classes. and has no complaints.
